Use of the Service

The Service lets you transfer files peer to peer between browsers. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the files you send and for ensuring you have the right to share them. Do not use ZapDrop to distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing material. ZapDrop is a neutral peer-to-peer file transfer service. We do not host, moderate, or monitor transferred files and are not responsible for how they are used. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the content they share is lawful, and bear sole legal responsibility for any unlawful use.

No storage, no account

ZapDrop transfers files between the two participants' browsers and does not upload or store your files on our servers. The Service is provided "as is" and we cannot recover a file if a transfer is interrupted.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and correct, but make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZapDrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Intellectual property

The ZapDrop name, logo, and this website's design and content belong to ZapDrop. Files you transfer remain your property; we make no claim over them.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
